CubicleDweller - > Diary of a Corporate Slave -> Another one bites the dust
Another one bites the dust

It's a sad sad morning in my little cubicle world.  THEY have blocked myspace.  I actually could care less except the one saving grace I've had lately was "talking" to another disgruntled cubicle dweller via the myspace mail system.

I better go pour myself a cup of coffee so I can digest this, I have a feeling it's going to be a long day.

damn,

its been blocked here forever. at this office (granted, its a huge office) we have intranet and email, so thats how i talk to the other CDs here.  Theres probably a proxy site you can go through, if you wanted to go through all that trouble.

Proxy site?  Tell me more ...

Hey Bitchbert, if they block ebay I'll help you climb the clocktower ;)

yeah, go and search for online proxy sites. these sites are usually used to remain anonnymous while online, but they also work nicely to get around corporate e-walls. sadly, all of the working myspace proxies have been blocked here. actually, i think the computer screens for the word myspace and automatically blocks the site. :(

but yeah, just search google for myspace proxy sites. you'll get about a billion results. good luck

Zero, you are my hero!  It may be in whatever language they speak in the Netherlands, but I'm in!  It feels so good to be able to stick it to The Man!

Hey fellow CubicleDweller,

Just remember these words of wisdom...

"I feel so much better since I gave up all hope"

P.S.  Check the overhead lamp in your cube, mine had an escape route inside, unfortunately is was written in Latin.
