 Someone once told me that no one is safe in a writers life, at some point you will end up apart of the story. Well people, some of you have made it into this book and some of you are already in the works for projects I have coming up. As the saying goes "It is dangerous to be sincere unless you are also stupid." Well guess what call me dangerous and fully aware of it because stupid is not an option for me. If anything I can be calculating and cold, more often cold. I'm not one to sugar coat and give pats on the back when I'm angry, and as you all know it's not often that I'm not angry. I thrive off of anger, hurt, hate, and frustration, if you make it into my work there's a 70% chance you have pissed me off at some point or frustrated the hell out of me. This whole post came about because someone told me they didn't like what I wrote about them in a blog. Well the truth is ugly, and it hurts, I don't do fuzzy hugs, rainbows and sparkles. You won't catch me as one would say blowing sunshine up your ass and showering you in butterfly kisses, I like to kick you were it hurts you most and look you in the eye, then dare you to say I didn't speak the truth! So if upon getting this book in your hands you find that I'm talking about you or feel that I went too far, either accept it and move on or not, it's not bothering me one bit.
Fellow writers and artist understand where I'm coming from inspiration is where you find it, whether it be in heartache or wanting to rip someones head off, don't let the fear of being dangerous hold you back, look where it got me :)

So as you all know I'm coming out with Epic, my new poetry book.  And I posted a preview of the book on youtube, well I only got a few hits.  I was trying to think of a way that I can get more people to view my video and well it came to me.  Post an unpopular opinion as a video response to someone that has a ton of hits.  Well I chose Mr. BScott, he's entertaining, seems like an outgoing person, but he also looks a mess.  Well I decided to say what I thought and that was that he looked like Lenny Kravitz in a bad wig and that if he's gonna look like Lenny in drag at least be the best Lenny in drag he can be.  I suggested a perm or a press and to stop wearing that god awful wig of his.  I also put on there that I wasn't hating and he seemed like a sweet person so it wasn't all bad it just truly was my opinion.  Well I knew going into this I couldn't exactly look all put together myself I had to add to the controversy.  So I laid on my couch, put my rag on my head and went for it.  Oh it worked like a charm, the hits started coming in and so did the comments, the misspelled comments, the fat comments, the teeth comments, the ugly comments.  Is it just me or do the YouTube flock not understand exactly what YouTube is about.  I've watched and observed for a long time before posting anything and I realize that no matter what you put up good or bad there will always be someone that says you're this or that in a negative way.  There are people on there that get into cyber fights in the comments section, and for some reason no one can spell.  I wonder if it's the degeneration of education and reading with the rise of blogs and YouTube.  What I ultimately needed was for people to start looking at my other videos, which they did, all my numbers rose.  The funny thing about it all was that I posted on my other video the poem You's a Fat Bitch and well it got all good comments.  I wonder why no one made the same remarks on that one.  Was it because in that one I wasn't "hating" on anyone.  YouTube is all a matter of opinion and perception.  It's the truest form of reality TV.  Everyday someone takes a side of them or something personal and shows it to the world and just like in the real world people will always have something to say.  So am I truly the gap toothed, sumo wrestling, hating bitch that they perceive or am I someone that used what I know about the YouTube flock to my advantage.

Ok so I’ve come to the conclusion that Inga Barks is a little duh duh duuuuhhh!!! As Carlos Mencia would say.  For instance there’s this girl I know and when I talk to her I can’t do it for more than 5 minutes at a time because she’s says the most unbelievable things.  I think any minute she’s gonna start twirling her hair around her finger snap her head to the side while smacking gum loudly and in the strongest valley girl accent ever say “I don’t know!”  And at that five minute mark I go into overload and its like the Terminator in my head all I see is this red warning “Error, Error, Error, Malfunction, Malfunction, Malfunction”  And she could be in the middle of pondering why fish don’t have legs because of course they are people too and I quickly say I gotta go! Same concept here, and I felt so bad for Scott Cox on the Friday free for all.  Oh he tried his best not to let her succeed in making herself look like a total nut job grasping at straws to prove her point which is kind of funny because the person she was speaking of was Obama’s pastor who spoke of extremes to prove his point.  She swore that because his Pastor believed something extreme he must too and that your religious belief is what you carry with you to the polls.  And then she lost it and tried to compare his relationship with his pastor to that of a candidate that may have the same relationship with the leader of the KKK.  Now let me explain some stuff here, first of all as most can agree if your parent is racist or believes something outlandish that doesn’t necessarily mean their child is undeniably going to have the same views as they grow up, you can watch any talk show and see that’s not true I don’t know how many times over the years I’ve seen a racist mother or father saying my daughter and her blankity blank children are not allowed in my home.  My point is just because someone is close to you doesn’t mean you always share their view.  Second, yes religious belief does have some standing in your political view but its not the sole determining factor when you cast your vote, look at all the examples of people that pose as a good wholesome Christian family and next thing you know their starting wars, stealing elections, or getting some behind closed doors and the next day standing there with a humiliated wife and shunned children, but you thought it was all good because they were Christian.  I’m not attacking Christians but I’m saying you can’t base who is going to lead you solely on religion.  There are so many dots on the spectrum of Christian and other religions alike.  Third, I think today on the radio Scott Cox made a great point by asking the question why do so many leaders Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson identify themselves as religious men?  Because these statements, these beliefs are there already in the church and America is for some reason now in a state of shock because it’s now publicized.  And as Obama said and as I’ve said time and time again, racial injustice was just a generation ago, my father born in 1954, his birth certificate says colored. He lived in a time when it was all coming to a head.  He’s 54, do you have any idea how that feels to know that just 26 years before I was born there were freedoms I have now that I would have never imagined then.  A lot of people still carry that and when you experience that its not something you just get over, it takes time.  As with any group of people that have shared your experience you relate to one another.  So for Inga to go on this tirade and compare him to the worst of the worst in an attempt to make it look like her point was valid was retarded and it feeds into the very thing that is continuing the feelings for both sides of the fence.  I also listen to Hannity, and yesterday a black man called in and was very well spoken and got to his point “the kind of caller I like” and he said he doesn’t agree with what was said and he probably won’t vote for Obama just because he’s for McCain but instead of attacking him why don’t we ask him why he has this relationship with this man in the first place.  Lets look at his past because he his biracial, what was his experiences with whites, his experiences with the white side of his family in general, how did they feel about his ethnicity maybe if we understand his experiences we can understand atleast why he gravitated toward this pastor in the first place.  Myself being biracial and in the same boat as the caller “I would not vote for Obama because I’d probably go with McCain.”  I thought it was an excellent and more intelligent approach as opposed to just flying off the handle, Hannity agreed it was an excellent question.  This isn’t the first time Inga has made my head hurt so bad I have to turn off the radio and wait for Hannity to come pick up the pieces, I remember when she compared keeping In God We Trust out of schools to keeping slavery out of the history books, lol!  Good one Inga, I just hope to God that when I listen next time Scott will be there to save the show. 

I've come to the conclusion that an interesting blog calls for a major loss of friends.  I wondered what would happen if we all did what we all secretly do anyway.  "No girl, I'm not gonna tell nobody!"  Then hang up the phone and dial the number of that other friend that knows all their business just not them.  Well what if that other friend we dialed was the internet?  What if we posted those details on a blog.  Would it be any different than going home and telling your spouse about your co-worker sleeping with the boss.  Different then telling groub A's business to group B because they don't hang out?  I tried to think of a blog to write and those were the most interesting stories I have.  What I don't know is that I have the courage to post such things and take the heat.  I know how I am and I don't think I'm that different.  I love a good drama, I like to watch award shows and read magazines just to see how stupid people look when they say something that looks like a blind 2 yr old with the shakes sewed it "looks fabulous!" Or celebrity gossip, how for a while the jail sentences of Hollywood's candy nosed whores made it to actual news stations and not just ET.  How the fate of the free world rest in Amy Winehouses rats nest next to her crack pipe or how according to Hollywood on a 5'2 frame 10 pounds is the difference between Jennifer Hudson and Keira Knightly.  I guess that's what I'll write about my true opinion about shows, fashion, celebs, and I'll throw in some real life things along the way for now. Now I understand that this is Bakotopia and the things I'm covering don't necessarily relate to Bakersfield, however I like to think that just because I'm from a small town doesn't mean I don't have common sense.  So here are some of the blogs to come:
