Sorry but I still don't like the new fomat.  Maybe it is still being tweeked.  But,  the same notes, remarks, hello's etc show up on the side-bar, and they seem to keep coming back at strange times.  How can you clean them all out and start over?

The rumors are that the Russians are going to start bombing Tbilisi, they have already bombed a number of other places.  I think that they will hestitate to bomb Tbilisi as they would be in danger of killing foreign diplomats there, but Nana is getting passport for grandaughter.  It will be ready Monday.  They are booked on first available flight to Turkey, which is next Wednesday.  In the meantime, they will spend most of the time in mountains out of Tbilisi.  At least that is the plan.  They are booked for 10 days in Turkey, hopefully cooler heads will prevail by then, if not it will be an extended time there.  Thank God, Turkey allows Georgians in without a visa, other wise it would be difficult to get her kids out to safety.

I got out Wednesday night, just before it all hit the fan.  Would have been better if I had stayed and been there to help speed up the process.

Keep your fingers crossed,

Al
