Well it is 1:55 and I get off work in 5 minutes. However, I know these 5 minutes will drag until eternity because that is just how time works. Why?! I don't know, but I do hate it. I just wanna go home and relax for a while before I go to my OTHER job later tonight. I also need to find my work shirt. Work means money and I know I wished for all these hours. I just want a bit of a break and a burger. I've been craving a burger and I had one the other day but it wasn't the one. My cravings can be very specific sometimes and it annoys me to no end. My bosses all know I work 3 part time jobs so I hope they don't hold it against me when I finally fall apart and die and they have to find my replacement. Oh goody 1 more minute and I'm out. Edit and POST!

     Band management is serious business and apparently I have been voted into this business by some friends of mine. I am now band manager for Suck*ah Punch and I have no idea what the heck I am doing. I want to help them, lord knows they need to get more organized, but problem is I am not sure what to do. The only thing they have expressed to me is that they want to get shows, but that has proved challenging due to work. All the members work and getting them to agree is also an issue. I really just want to grab them and shake them ,but I don't see that helping any. I would like to get them to record a demo. Yes I know that costs money however they all have jobs so maybe if they pitched in and actually put some effort into it they could get their shit together and make a decent demo. They all help in putting the songs together, they all taught themselves to play, and they are fun to be with. Now if only I could figure out how to get them to get it all together so they can start playing shows. Oh and I need to get some pictures of them and fix their freakin myspace. Gah I hate being in charge...no I don't I really love it, but geeze it's a lot of work.

It has been a long while since I last posted something on here. I missed my blogging. Any who since my last post things have changed. I got a new job, turned 21, got a bad hair cut, and most importantly realized I need to get my stuff together. September is gonna be a good month for me. I have plans and the realization that I am now an adult, a real adult not just an 18 year old on a power trip,  has given me a new sense of being. I have started to re-evaluate how I live my life and how much my decision/actions truly affect other people. Besides plans on improving my life I also have plans to go out and enjoy my youth.

This Friday I plan on going to see the MIllionaires at the Dome since I missed them at Rockin' Roots. THe Kern County Fair, Burn the Witch , First Friday, and various shows are all on my list of events. I hope to see some of my fellow Bakotopians there. Now that I am 21 I can see the shows that before I would have missed because the are at a club or bar. Now to convince my friends and boyfriend to go with me :D

I need new music. LOTS of new music. If you have any suggestions please feel free to let me know. All genres, I don't care if they are local or if they already graced the cover of rolling stone or if they died fifty years ago. I love the music I have now but I want something new, something fresh, and most importantly something different.
