Happy Halloween!

Our building is divided, so the division I work in is on one half of the floor.  Most of us dress up every year, the other side does not ... today one actually said "I think we should close these doors so the goblins don't get us" ... 

Welcome and Happy Halloween from Migrant Education!


The Mechanic, The Pregnant Housewife, Nacho Libre, Miss Universe, Me (the cat, yeah I wasn't that creative this year, whatever), and Hippy Chick.

One year our department boss (Nacho Libre) came in as Thing 1 ... his wife later stopped by and she was Thing 2!  Gotta love the spirit up here!

OMG I LOVE Nacho Libre. That is GREAT! I have yet to see that movie, because I don't do movie theatres but I can't wait to watch it. I love Jack Black, and I grew up watching Lucha Libre. And believing it was "real" hahaha.

Yeah, Nacho Libre is cracking me up!  Everyonce in a while he comes out of his office fully dressed in the costume and walks around in character, taking these big weird steps and opening his cape really wide. 

And now in the spirit of Migrant Ed ... we are all stuffing ourselves with burritoes from La Mina.  Days like this I remember why I do love my job and why I don't transfer from this department.
