I was wonderin when you would resurface. It's your time of year. I happen to know that you don't only evict ghosts. You also sell furniture on occasion. I know someone who bought a futon from you, through this very site. And guess what? It's not haunted! You must have taken care of that before putting it up for sale.

Maybe it IS haunted but it's a friendly ghost? Maybe this ghost happens to clean up after you've gone to sleep and this whole time you thought it was the maid? tee hee.
