Thanksgiving Recipes: Recipes That Even You ,The Non-Cook Can Make

GUESS WHAT FELLOW BAKOTOPIANS

THE HOLIDAY SEASON HAS ARRIVED!

What?!

You Invited Your Friends & Family

Over For Thanksgiving & You Don’t Know

How Or What To Cook?

Well, Let Me Help You Out.

I Will Be Posting Some “Easy” To “Moderate”

Recipes That Most “Anyone” Can Create

And,

Impress Your Friends & Families With

Your Cooking At The Same Time.

Here Is Recipe #1 In Our Thanksgiving Recipe

Series.

There are two versions of this recipe

so choose whatever will be easiest for you…

Category: SIDEDISH

Version #1 {Easy}

Almost “Amazingly” Home Made Stuffing

Double the recipe for larger crowds.

Ingredients:

1-2 Packages Farmer Johns Sausage Links

1-2 Boxes Stove Top Stuffing

1- White Onion Chopped

1- Tablespoon Butter or Margarine

{Or You Can Use Non-Stick Butter Spray

But If You Do Not Cook It May Be Too

Overwhelming For YouJ}

1-2 Stalks Celery Chopped {you don’t

have to use all the celery.}

1 – Package Blanched Almonds (Optional)

1 – 2 Cups Shredded Cheese (Optional)

Seasonings

Prep:

In a large skillet lightly cook or brown

sausages in butter or spray.

{Definition Of Brown=Don’t Burn Them!}

Drain any excess grease from the pan.

Place on a sheet of Paper Towel or Plate.

Set aside.

In the same skillet Sauté

{Sauté means lightly cook}

Chopped Celery & Onions.

Cut up sausages

Follow the instructions on the

box of Stuffing Mix to make up

Stuffing.

After you have done this add all

ingredients to the Stuffing Mix.

Place in a cooking pan or Casserole Dish.

{If you do not have a Casserole Dish or

anything else to serve it in you can pick

one up at your local grocery store.

Yes there are even disposable ones that

you can use once and then toss if you

don’t do dishes.

 {If you do not know where they are in

the store you can ask your friendly

cashier or store manager at the Grocery

store.

Yes even you Fellas can ask directions on this

one. Besides it will alert the Grocery Store

that there is a newbie in their store so they

can keep an eye on you.}

Top mixture with Shredded Cheese and

bake in an oven until cheese is melted.

Top with blanched almonds if desire.

AND WaaaLaaa! Serve it.

**Now if you want to make it more challenging

and or you want to save money. You can do

this easy recipe.

Version #2 {Moderate but Easy}

You follow the exact recipe above but you

can: Except for the Stuffing Mix

Prep:

TOAST some slices of bread. It will take a

1 to 4 loafs of it but it works well.

Sour Dough bread works well but any kind

of the White Bread or Garlic Bread variety

is great.

After toasting it, crumble it up, and add to all

the ingredients above but add a Tablespoon or

two of warm water to moisten. {You can also

add some chicken broth if you want to get

fancy.}

Then you want to bake it in the oven

until the bread is slightly browned on top.

Then add cheese and melt.

And again…

WaaaLaaaa you have made a…

S.I.D.E D.I.S.H {Say it with me now}

“S.I.D.E. D.I.S.H.”!

Again, this dish is Guaranteed to impress

anyone.

So how does it feel to be a cook?

If you have any questions let me

know.

Keep watching..There will be more recipes

to come.

In the mean time…Bon Appetite

{That’s French for Yum} haha
