I just happen to have an extra bedroom in my house in the VERY SW area (Buena Vista/Harris).. $400 + 1/3 utilities. Interested? call me. email me. do something about it! maybe I'll go for it. it's a brand new house.. a work in progress. i'm trying to decorate it, paint, whatever I can think of to make it very stylish. so in other words, you can t be a slob unless you clean up after yourself. ;-p My man and I are rockers (but somewhat conservative.. if you ask the right people) lol seriously, I adore my children who live in other cities (and states) and it truly is an empty nest. can't wait to hear from you! seriously. Seriously? LOL I love that show too. In fact I plan my whole week around it. ha. Good luck finding a tenant. How do you feel about a couple with a newborn renting the room out? Or an 18 year old college student? Or a young couple with a dog. Just curious. I'm not either one of those. In fact I would come with a husband, four kids, a dog and a Nana. tee hee.
