I realize a select amount of college students are capable of maintaining a full-time job while going to school, but I've noted some personal constraints that they did not have. Being required by insurance to hold a full-time student schedule and having classes constantly scattered throughout the week from morning hours to evening hours (hooray art majors), I'm beginning to wonder if it's possible to find a part-time job with the state of the economy. I'm losing hope fast here. I've lost track of all the places I've applied at. Places that appear promising wind up unfriendly towards the hectic college schedule, are only seeking full-time workers or already have a stack of resumes four inches thick. The same poor schedule I have got me kicked to the curb with the last job, and now I'm borederline freaking out as the money starts to disappear into my gas tank.
If any of you have ideas, I'd sure as hell love to hear them, because I'm two steps away from cutting my college career loose (as much as I truly do not want to) just to survive this nasty turn of events. For posting my work in the latest issue. :) It's one thing to see it on paper in the office, and another to see the final published issue. I about leaped out of my skin when I saw it. Much appreciation for this and for Chase's patience with me trying to teach myself how to use Photoshop in three days! Hahah!
