TradingCompany - > perhaps on the 23rd -> Joe Bonamassa
Joe Bonamassa

any body go see Joe Bonamassa at BC. Friggin Sweet. If you didn't definetly try to next time he goes through town. 2 encores I think might have been three. Finger pickin, finger tapping(not a lot but he mixed it in there), fast strumming, string bending FUN.

I wish the show would have been advertised so we could have known about it! I've seen him at the Blues Fest and my buddies, Crosby Loggins Band, went on tour with Joe. Definetly would have been there. Concert promotion in this town is a sad sad thing. It's getting flat-out rediculous. Myspace is not a quality source of promotion! We need to get back to the basics of good old-fashioned, hard-working promotion. Let's take some notes from the Bay Area and get this town on the right track.

But back to the topic,I'm glad it was a great show. He's a fantastic performer. Wish I could have seen him play last night.

OK maybe i should feel ashamed here. I love blues and I love the blues legends. (not ashamed about that part) But I have to say I hadn't heard of him before until recently. I unlike  soulajarmusic had heard a lot of  radio ads and heard the style. He sounds like he would be good. But I have a discerning blues pallet not sure if i would like him or not.  I would have loved to have gone but financially I couldn't.
