Dumbledoor Gay?

Wonderful just what I needed to know. Does anyone care or need to know that a fictional character is gay or not?  Wow  so old man Dumbledoor liked the white swallow or a little peanut butter on that end of his willie, I know it's disgusting to say. But come on, We don't need to know this, neither do kids.

I also thing it's silly to "come out" when you are gay. I'm straight  do I need to tell everyone? Um no.  It's like having a cool new cliquey toy and wanting to show everyone. Being gay is simple, you like the same sex. It's not a lifestyle.  Well on the subject, we do gay mean feel the need to act  or sound effeminate? I mean c'mon you are a man that's like men. Don't act like a woman. I've heard some men sound more feminine than some women.

OK I'm done with my rant, whew , I feel better.

The reason?  Because a big majority of people cannot admit to being gay for fear of being ostracized.  You become isolated for a long amount of time and you begin to form your own community based off of what it is that you are being isolated for.  In this case, a gay community has developed with its own signatures and defining traits.  Being straight is the default... it is assumed.  Therefore, if you are different than the default it is not assumed and it needs to be expressed.  Maybe it's the self-repression in public  that leads to an overly flamboyant personality after the fact, but as far as which came first - the lisp or the gay - whose to know?  As far as Dumbledoor  (or whatever his name is), people just needed to know - it isn't a robe, its a dress.  It was done to avoid confusion about his wardrobe.

p.s. most transvestites are straight... drag queens are usually gay, they are different... in case anyone cares or enjoys Eddie Izzard.

Actually I know a few men that are straight that are feminine. I think it has to do with the fact that they were raised by women mostly? I dunno. I don't think all gay men are fem's. And I don't think all fem's are gay.

I do, however think this whole "outing" of movie characters or whatever is lame. Just like when they outed poor little Teletubby dude, what was his name?

Tinky Winky?

If he wasn't ready to "come out" then why "out" him?

Whyyyy? WHYYYY?????? Poor teletubby. Maybe he wasn't even gay.

He was just ahead of the times with the whole carrying of the purse. It wasn't a purse. It was a MAN BAG for Pete's sake!

Hah, I did a whole paper on transgenderism.  This one kid back in the 60's I believe was born as a boy, got his circumcision botched so they made a vagina for him and gave him hormone therapy and raised him like a traditional girl.  Years later, after many years of not feeling like a girl and gravitating toward traditionally "male" things in life, he found out and got reconstructed.

" I don't think all gay men are fem's. And I don't think all fem's are gay."  I agree with this whole heartedly twink you know i wrote this post at about 2am half asleep and irritated  that we all have to hang sexuality on everything. (in response to this weekends  ABC world nightly news about Dumbledoor.)  Tinky Winky was another situation  just like  Dumbledoor. This was  Mr Moral Majorty's Jerry Falwell.  LIke we really care. My son was a  2 year old when that came out.

"This one kid back in the 60's I believe was born as a boy, got his circumcision botched so they made a vagina for him and gave him hormone therapy"  um oopsy, law suit!
