On May 26, 2007 the Bakersfield Rollergirls hosted the San Joaquin Valley Vixens from Stockton in the BRG's first ever home game!  ...and we WON!!!

Final score:   BRG 112    SJVV  56

Go Rollergirls, congrats on the victory and the afterparty (hehe).  And thanks to Bakersfield for supporting the BRG.  Over 400 in attendance.

I was there, it ROCKED!!!  I thought the end points were higher than that?  Whatever it was, it was a freakin LANDSLIDE!

Hey tekwiz, you walked past me like a million times, I even smiled and said "Hi" once - you must not have noticed.  I was sitting in the chairs roped off for skaters.

Watching that bout totally got me even more excited about being a Roller Girl.

What an awesome turnout for the first homegame!! You ladies were awesome. We were also very glad the only injury was minor. Thanks for having us as your EMTs!! Cant wait fo Fresno!!
