Pain knows no Politics: A song and a prayer for Senator Kennedy
If any of you have ever known a close friend or family member that has suffered with cancer, or if you have been a survivor yourself, you'll understand that it's always sad when somebody suffers. It doesn't matter if that person has a different point of view, or that the person may have rubbed you the wrong way in the past. When one person suffers, we should all rally around the person and support him or her. Shortly after hearing about the news that Senator Kennedy had brain cancer, I was listening to the Ralph Bailey Show, and noticed that Ralph had nothing but positive things to say about the Senator. And I know that Ralph's politics and those of Kennedy's rarely gel. But Ralph got it right. You don't kick a man when he is down. You remember him in your thoughts and prayers and you wish him the best. That is the sentiment behind the song posted here.

i think he should be in jail for killing that girl. but remember what my honeybear (ralphie b) said about his lying and covering up the whole ordeal. id feel bad for him BUT i think he is a bed person.... I did however feel bad that Sheryl crow had cancer, but i cant stand her. posted by

I hear what you're saying, Annie. I've never been a big Kennedy fan. As a matter of fact, I've never been a small Kennedy fan. I've been disgusted with him on many occasions. I haven't changed my mind about his politics, or his past, I've just put my feelings about those things on the back burner because right now he is facing death in the face, and to me, that's not the time for me to kick dirt in his face, even if it's his own dirt.
