Thanks to all who responded via email with myriad German to English translations, varying dramatically in terms of precision.  The winning translation comes from Erika who has German friends in high and low places.   Here it is:

[For whatever reason he does Der amerikanischen Musiker Dr. BLT hat auf seiner Webseite massenhaft Songs zum Anhören (und Kaufen), die allesamt mit Größen aus der Rock- und Popmusik zu tun haben, viele davon Eigenkompositionen, manches sind einfach Coverversionen. [The American musician Dr. BLT has lots of songs on his website to listen to (and buy), that are all about the greats of Rock and Pop music, many of which are his own compositions, some are simply cover versions.]
