Last night my 3 year old clued me in to the future of cell phones. They have come so far lately I mean you can do pretty much anything on them that a computer does so where to go from here right?

All she had to say is "I want a banana phone" and I knew what big change we are in for! Phones shaped like stuff, am I right?! I mean think about it, you could have a star shaped phone, a heart, a blue diamond, purple horse shoe, do you see where I'm going? The possibilities are endless!

What shape would you like your phone to be? I'm leaning toward the t-bone phone, it would be so awesome to look like you had a huge piece of meat glued to your head while talking on the phone!

Wow we are almost done counting down to the big "Analog Television Shutoff"! Since the last countdown ended in a big "SIKE" I am still nervous everyday that I come to work that the FCC will have moved the date once again. We have bets going around the office on whether or not it's for real this time...Please help me if it doesn't go through this time!

I have been dealing with this DTV Transition on a daily basis for about a year now and know all there is to know about it. I've gotten coupons, allowed them to expire and have now decided that I will just watch the few remaining "low power" stations that will continue over the air broadcasts after June 12th 2009...Yeah I work in television but still think it rots the brain. I guess I'll just have to read more books or something.

Did you all know that there were some stations here in Bakersfield that will be continuing over the air transmissions after June 12th? Are you DTV ready? Since I only know the opinions of people well entrenched in this DTV thingy, what is the opinion of the average television viewer?

Ok so yah I want to be in a band too but for some reason I cannot bring myself to post some ad in the classified section to try and meet musicians. Am I a total pessimist? Am I the only one that thinks it is a crazy idea to place an ad for a band?

I still hold on to the hope that my dharma will bring about what I think about and that I will somehow organically meet a group of people that are into music like me.

I guess if you are looking for that one missing piece of a band, it makes sence to place an ad but since I am a singer myself, I am talking about singers posting ads for an entire band. Seems like a stab in the dark...maybe I'm just jealous I didn't think of it first and want so badly to sing with a band that I hate on those who take this bold step.

Life has really started to get strange for me. The perfect life I had all planned out just caved in all around me and I am drowning in the debris of my thoughs and feelings of what has happed.

Just when you think you know someone. Just when you think you have solid footing, just when you start to relax about what the hell is up with the world. Just then that is when it all starts to change and is it always for the better? What is up with the weather? Wow now here and now and now I will just carry on. Away from the hurt of the undeserving.
