What bands would you like to see play at Fishlips???

We are looking to compile a list of who Bakersfield and Bakotopia people would like to come see play and Bakersfield's best place to see a show.

Big or Small??

It does not matter to us!!!

We want your feedback!!!

Maybe its a local favorite you havent seen in a while?

Maybe its a band you grew up listening to??

Maybe its someone who we have had in the past that you would like to see again??

Please let us know and we will try our best to bring the best talent to our wonderful town!!

 Would love to seeeeeeeeeeeeeeee: The Widders(please oh, please), Joe Buck(one man band...put on an awesome show at Amestoy's not too long ago), The Iron Outlaws, 800lb Gorilla, and of course Mento Buru...I could go on and on...oh wait the Bourbon Saints rock too! Okay, I'm done = )

 Led Zeppelin.   THE DISTILLERS!!!   Cloud Cult.   The Rapture.  Spoon.  Oingo Boingo.  Voodoo Glow Skulls.  M.I.A (Going to see her in San Diego on April 28th at 4th and B)  System of a Down, THE FLAMING LIPS, Toadies,  WHOLE WhEAT bread (great band), QOTSA, The Foo, Wolfmother......................please.

There's a new band of old friends playing some local events & casino circuit around Porterville/Exeter/Visalia called the StepSons. Pretty intense/loud/unique blues based. Lead singer/guitarist from London, England. Great guitar based blues.

Yeah! the StepSons! Saw them several times at Eagle Mt Casino and the rocked! authentic british blues & rock, loved their Cream covers .  Lead singer/gtr worked with Pete Brown(cream lyricist) and Pete Green's(fleetwood mac) websites.

Would luuuuuuuuuuuv to see them at FishLips.  I found a website at www.stepsons.co.cc
