If only a person could get banned for blogging too much!  I appreciate the encouragement, matt, but getting banned would probably be the best thing that could happen to me.  It would be good for my musical "career" and it would give everybody a break from me. 

BTW, thanks for the shameless Dr BLT promotion. 

I would call what I do shameless self-promotion, but you've just shamed me, so the term no longer applies.   Self-promotion?  Perhaps, though I promote anybody else I consider cool along with me.  Shameless?  Not anymore :)

I'm not sure if he blog's too much ("too much" being a relative term) but he does blog more than some. By separating the "recent posts" from the "featured posts" takes care of what some here consider a problem. nice move, matt. - 

Whats wrong with Posting?

Dr. BLT posts too many blogs in a row at once. No need to candy coat the matter. Three posts from anyone in a row simply displays an uncouth approach at blogging on any social networking site. It's a turn off to readers and frustrating for fellow bloggers.

People need to promote, to post thoughts, to socialize. That's understood. But when blogs are all strung together, monopolizing a site, it just bottleneck's the flow of the site.

If it weren't an issue, this wouldn't be a blog topic. BLT should learn from this discussion, change his approach to fit the world of social networking, and strengthen his blogging skills as a result.

I'm still learning myself. So is the entire media world. In the future, maybe strings of blogs will work. But that isn't the case today.

BLT seems like a nice guy, has interesting hidden promotional intentions. But the reality is Bakotopia.com changed the look and feel of blogging on its front page to adapt to the over-stringing of blogs, which has been a turn off to some of the people wanting to utilize the site's functionality.

So what you're essentally saying is that he's a BUGaBOO? hahaha get it? BUG?A?BOOOOOO? hee hee. OH I crack myself up.

personally i think anyone who has a problem with Dr BLTs blogs can just get over it.... Why does a irritated blogger just either ignore them or just post more.

I find it quite amusing that N.L. has taken it upon himself to speak on behalf of the masses :)

Posting things consecutively is not something intentional.  It is a function of the quantity of folks adding blogs.  If fewer are contributing, then if somebody is prolific in his/her contributions, or, for whatever reason, has a lot to say, then naturally, there will be multiple, often consecutive posts from that individual.

I was expecting something condescending, smug and arrogant from N.L., and we all know dizzyfingers, along with N.L. hold personal grudges against me.  For what?  I don't know.  Most people who have taken the time to get to know me find me to be rather non-threatening.  

Annie, captain morgan, matt, hank, I appreciate your support.  The others are intent on limiting free speech, but they have no influence over my actions.  If I thought Belardes was coming from a sincere place of wanting to offer advice, I might not be so quick to dismiss his condescending, patronizing words.  He wishes I would just go away, as dizzyfingers, but I can assure both of you that I doubt if that is going to happen any time soon. 

Speak on behalf of the masses? No, he just made a good point. I'd like to say that you didn't have to get personal but considering all the other comments flying around i guess its too late for that.
