I want to get split custody of our son. (if you are speaking of joint custody, you should already have that, most judges give joint unless there is a reason, like you gave her full custody of the child or are a felon, i would suggest getting a lawyer if you do not have joint custody unless she agrees to it, if you mean something else, let me know)

I want to enhance his life, get him involved in Church again, and get him in soccer. (depends on how old he is i would suggest boy scouts because you can be involved and also it has to do with God and Country)

I want to meet some new people. (Hi I'm Annie, I'm awesome and the best)

I want to make more friends. (I'll be your friend, i like having friends, but i have to tell you I'm not into church but i read the bible)

I want to start giving drum lessons. (buy rock band, its fun...... LOL!)

I want to meet women who don't play head games. (this one i have found is hard to do, only cause women are crazy and i cant help you with that, only that, don't put up with it i can tell u there are a very few who aren't nuts in the head, of course I'm one of them LOL!)

I want to start riding my dirt bike more. (i know many people who ride dirt bikes, my boyfriends family does it)

I want to build my business and finish a business that is in the works. (i will only say that good luck to you, this would be a great thing to do)

I want to rearrange my living room. (come over and do mine too) :) lol

I want to get more involved with Church. (well I'm not a good person to talk to about this cause church are stupid, in my opinion, but shop around at some see which on that fits your beliefs)

I want to build long lasting friendships. (meeee too ;)

I want to enjoy my life. (why don't you, you can message me if you want, but everyone should enjoy their life, and if you don't i wanna help you)

All of these things are possible as long as I give them to God. (well God has put the ability in you to make these things come true, you are a very powerful person and god made you that way. He will help you with strength achieving happiness but you maybe no even know what makes you happy, he does., but i doubt its drum lessons)

don't take life too seriously, no one gets out alive. - i have to tell myself this a lot.

I did not expect any comments, but like you said you are awesome and are the best. I go to Valley Bible Fellowship where the music rocks, the Church is progressive, modern and they don't shove God or the Bible down your throat like most of the Churches i have been involved in. You might want to check it out in person someday. Maybe I could drag you there LOL!

Back to the first comment, (me and my wife (no- we are not divorced yet, that happens after all this ex-parte stuff which I cannot write about on the web) We verbally agreed on 50/0% custody = 1 week with me and 1 week with Mom. We would actually have to have a private communication for any details. How do I know you are not working for her lawyer?

I cannot afford a lawyer unless a miracle occurs! I am a 100% disabled Veteran, and live on a fixed income. I have an appt. with one ten I will follow up with thier suggested para-legal to get my papers typed up.

I would like you as a friend, God knows how stressed out I am over this whole thing and I need friends to get out of my own skin. You are right that drum lessons won't make me happy, but it is some extra income. I find happiness in simple pleasures, I love music- especially rock. I have evrything from the Beatles, Clash, Led Zeppelin, Yes, Limp Bizkit, Linkin Park and even System of a Down. (Forgot to mention Frank Zappa)

 Hey from one joe to another, you MUST respond in those court papaers,  I don't care what your  estranged wife says,..to get joint custody,..RESPOND even if she agrees to what you would like.  I know by experince. My ex did the same thing, so i didn't respond, and  i have joint legal and no joint phyiscal. Para legal is cool,...just  repond by all means

 Verbally means nothing in a  court of law,..it has to be written down  (as in responding) in the court documants.

My ex moved my son  to Tehachapi taking him further from me because I just didn't respond, thinking she would work with me. It didn't work that way.

I'm a little late to get in on this, but you might research "The Legal Aid Society" which I think  is for people like you.
