Looking for witnesses who saw a Roll-Over accident on Stine Road near the intersection of Stine & Ming on 2/28/08 @ 4 PM.

I was involved in a Roll-Over accident on Stine Road, around 4PM on February 28, 2008. My son and me were crossing from the Walgreens parking lot across Stine Road into the parking lot of the 99 Cent store & Taco Bell parking lot when a Toyota Camry hit the passenger side rear wheel and undercarriage (frame) just before the rear tire. The impact caused our Beige Chevrolet S-10 4X4 SUV to roll over one time onto the roof.

My left arm was out the window and my hand was trapped under the roof. Somehow I got my seat belt off while I asked my son if he was okay the someone pulled him out and gave him a black plastic Rosary. I believe he worked at the Recycling Center in the parking lot. I have not been able to contact this man.

I slammed my head into the roof of the car when I got the seat belt off. I crawled out the window & somehow managed to free my hand, it was cut up from all the glass. I also had a very large contusion & brusing on my left elbow. My son came over by me. I asked him did I get you loose? He told me about the man & the Rosary. I asked if he was injured and he said my right shoulder & knee hurts. He asked me the same and I think I told him I'll be alright, dont worry about me. I remember screaming repeatedly & crying from pain "How fast were they going?". I think I fell down.

I think I was stumbling. I was very disorientated and in severe pain. I think I tried to get up to approach the other driver but  I honestly don't remember much about the many people who helped us.

I remember seeing Taco Bell employees standing outside and looking on, as well as many others in the parking lot. There is a little Recycling Center 15-20 feet away at the right side of the parking lot entrance. Their employees and customers were also looking, maybe some of them were the people helping us. There were other people standing on the sidewalk on the Northbound side of Stine Road as well.

Someone or possibly several people told me to lay down and & it seemed like seconds that the paramedics were there. I don't remember the details of what I told the officer.

I need help from anyone that was a witness. I had to hire an Accident/Collision Investigator.

They believe that the Toyota was traveling at a speed of 40-50 miles per hour. They will take your statement & information over the phone. Please contact me first @661-833-8900

I believe that any convicted kidnapper should get life in prison. I also believe that any kidnapper that uses a weapon should have to spend several years in solitary confinement in addition to a life sentence.They should have to completely pay a fine of $40,000 & should be required to finish their High School requirements and pass the courses. They should be required to finish a 10 year long course teaching about the consequences of kidnapping especially about the victims. If for some reason they are going to be released earlier that they are required to pay the fine completely and be required to finish a 6 month long class about the consequences of kidnapping especially about the victims before their release.

I believer that any adult convicted rapist and any adult convicted rapist that uses a weapon should have to spend several years in solitary confinement in addition to a life sentence.They should have to completely pay a fine of $30,000 & should be required to finish their High School requirements and pass the courses. They should be required to finish a 10 year long course teaching about the consequences of rape especially about the victims. If for some reason they are going to be released earlier that they are required to pay the fine completely and be required to finish a 6 month long class about the consequences of rape especially about the victims before their release.

I also believe that there should be a small difference in sentencing differences for rape, or kidnapping for children ages 6-12, and adolescents ages 13-17 : that they receive a ten year sentence  with one full year in solitary confinement. The children should have to completely pay a fine of $15,000 while adolescents pay a fine of $20,000. They should be required to finish their Jr. & High School requirements and pass the courses. They should be required to finish a 3 year long course teaching about the consequences of rape especially about the victims. If for some reason they are going to be released earlier that they are required to pay the fine completely and be required to finish a 6 month long class about the consequences of rape especially about the victims before their release.
 

These  sentences should become a federal law. Liberal, lame politicians, courts and Judges, and liberal politicians,liberal child advocates, courts and Judges are allowing convicted rapists & kidnappers to serve sentences that are not in any way equal to the crimes they committed. Rapists still walk the streets, live near children and often commit rape again. Convicted rapists & kidnappers don't pay fines to their victims in any fair amount of financial compensation in any way equal to the crimes they committed. The prisons of our country provide early release of prisoners regularly because of good conduct or overcrowding. How would you feel if a rapist, kidnapper or murderer is released early especially if the crime was committed to your child, parents, relatives or to you? There should be no early release of prisoners that have committed rape, kidnapping or murder!

This is why I believe this:

 In 1993, I had just packed my drum set and other sound equipment into our band's loading van. I then drove around the block because I was on a one way street and at 14the st & 6th avenue, I pulled over across the street to go by two packs of cigarettes. This area of NYC is called the Village, and there were at least 150+ people walking, hanging out and just being night owls in the musical center of NYC.

As I walked back to my car, an African American dressed in a jacket, showed me a gun under a newspaper and said get in. I told him just take the car, then he jabbed me with the gone and I got in the car into the back seat as instructed. Then he let another African American- a large 6 foot+ man in the passenger side. For the sake of shortness, I will call them the kidnappers. The kidnappers beat me, took my wallet and yelled at me for only having $6.70. I told them that I am a musician and after paying the man that picks up & drops off our equipment- that was all I had.

Then the kidnappers beat me  and made them tell me where did the other musicians go. I gave them the name and address of my uncle in New Jersey as he was a vice squad officer. They asked about the others: 1 lived in Queens, and the Woman and Man lived together in a 3 story Brownstone in Brooklyn. The
Brownstone had a broken doorbell that rang all the 3 apartments at once.

Then they took me to Prospect Park where they preceded to beat, rape and sodomize me, and did sodomy to me with the gun, and made me suck on it. Then they beat me more. After that and racial and intimidating comments they said that they would kill me if I didn't get them into that apartment. As we waited for several cars to pass, the tenants that lived on the 1st floor came home and 1 kidnapper ran to the door sticking a knife in it preventing it from closing. Then the other kidnapper put the gun to my head and we entered into the Brownstone. The kidnappers put dark stockings over their heads and we walked up the stairs to the 3rd apt. I knocked on the door and when my friend asked who was there I answered and told him I ran out of gas.

As he opened the door the big kidnapper hit him in the face with his gun and grabbed him by the hair and dragged him and the other grabbed me by the throat and brought us into the bedroom. His wife was told to stand there while the kidnapper pointed the gun in her face. The other kidnapper cut the cords of of the 2 blinds and tied me up first, then started to tie my friend up.

While this was happening the other kidnapper took his wife into the kitchen and started to try raping her. This kidnapper- the one in a jacket was about the same size as me 5'5" tall. We could hear her screaming and the sound of things falling or being knocked over. Then the big kidnapper dropped the knife about 4' away on my side of the bed. My friend whispered to me to roll off the bed and get the knife, and said cut me loose. Him  and his girlfriend were both naked. I got the knife and cut his hand trying to cut his hands loose. He immediately started to run into the kitchen after freeing himself. He left me there and I tried to cut myself loose but couldn't do it as my hands were tied behind my back.
 

A big, no, GIGANTIC miracle happened. The vice squad stormed into the apartment and went into the kitchen first, then the big kidnapper ran through the bedroom carrying the gun. I started to scream to the officers that the big kidnapper was in the bathroom with a
gun. They surrounded the bathroom, removed me into the living room next to both my friends while an officer stayed with us. The officers had automatic weapons, body armor and a helmet with a face shield. They ordered him out of the bathroom then he came out with no gun.

They separated each one of us and we told them what happened, my face was bleeding bad, I had a broken nose , lips and contusions on my face, heads and hands. I was also bleeding from the rectum. They asked me where is the gun and I said it has to be in the bathroom. Then an officer went and found it shoved behind the water tank. At the point they questioned the small kidnapper repeatedly until he admitted the truth. The big kidnapper told a story that we were all into rough sex. As the little kidnapper said his truth full story the big one kept saying shut the #@*|# up.

We were all taken to the precinct, the kidnappers were placed in a holding cell in the same room as us. We told our stories to two detectives. I asked if I could go in the holding cell - they were chained to a metal bar, but they denied me revenge...The two guys had got out of Rikers that morning on parole. They both were in for manslaughter. V.I.N.E. - a division of NY state's  violent crime victims board, contacts me to let me know where they are at all times.

The small kidnapper murdered someone 7 years earlier plus robbed many people that same day and evening. 7 years after that murder, he got out on early parole from Rikers prison. He is serving life without parole now. The other guy got the same sentence, plus both of them had to finish heir previous sentence plus the new sentences. This was the most violent traumatic crime that ever happened to me. I had severe anal tearing, a
concussion, a broken nose , lips and contusions on my face, heads and hands.
 

I was informed by the NY state's  violent crime victims board that the small kidnapper was released early in 2007. The big kidnapper was murdered in prison. I never received an compensation for personal or emotional injury.
