OLD & FORGOTTEN


Here I am

old & forgotten

nobody cares

I am falling apart

its plain to see

I'm beyond repair


yet while you look

you see my holes

as you peer inside

there's nothing here

I'm so ashamed

just dust is there


no memories will ever come

outside this body

I no longer am

the beauty I was

just an old empty shell

standing alone

no longer the comfort

of anyone's home
