CALL TO ALL ARTISTS!!! GROUP ART SHOW!!!!

It's the great Fall time of year, and the greatest of all holidays, HALLOWEEN.
Time for Trick or Treating, Horror Flics, Decorations, Lots of Candy & The Headless Horsemen Himself.
We at The Underground Gallery & Studio, want to invite artists of all mediums to exhibit there creations in the new October show:

Drop days begin September 26th - October 2nd, with an opening art reception in conjunction with First Friday October 3rd with music and refreshments.

All entries must represent all the spirit that Halloween has to offer, we want the the cute trick or treaters to the slasher flics, zombies and vampires, pumpkins & candy corn and much and much much more.

Cost:
*Non-Members of the gallery = $10 per entry/maximum of 5 entries/maximum of $30
*Members of the gallery = $5 per entry/maximum of 5 entries/maximum of $15
*If space permits, artists will be allowed to exhibit more than 5 entries at a cost of $10(non-Members) or $5(members) for every entry exceeding the 5 entries.
If you are entering a piece that is NFS
(Not For Sale), cost is $20, as the gallery will be able to make something towards staying open.

All mediums accepted, ie, digital, paintings, sketch, photography, sculpture, etc.

All entries must be gallery ready to hang, wires are preferred, but not required, alligator teeth are okay.

Okay, so I guess Friday three times doesn't have the same effect that Sunday Sunday Sunday does, hehe.

I hope everyone comes out to see us this Friday night, 5-8pm. We are hosting our opening reception for our show this month - Mother Nature's Canvas. All nature inspired artwork. Plus, live musical performances by Nicholas Allen and Aaron Novak of The Silence Club. It's going to be a great one, so don't miss it!!!

Also going on that night, is the First Friday event. There will be lots of artists set up on the sidewalks!! There will also be a new gallery opening, across from the Fox, called the Surface Gallery. Make sure to also visit the Metro Galleries, Kuka's folk art gallery, and all the shops on 19th St, and the surrounding area.

We are looking for an artist, who is willing to hang posters, hand out flyers, and just generally get out there, and promote The Underground Gallery and Studio.

In turn, we are offering free gallery space, for your artwork.

Anything to do with nature - lakes, mountains, sky, animals, forests, etc.

All mediums accepted, including but not limited to - photography, paintings, graphic arts, sculptures, drawings, folk art, and more!

$10 per piece, max of 5 pieces per person, max of $30. Space permitting, more than 5 pieces can be submitted, at $10 per piece. All artwork must be ready to hang or display. No limit on size or weight.

25% commission taken on all sales during show, which lasts through the month of September.
