Are you sure you want to report the following content as a violation?
A deathly stench was wafting from the apartment across from mine for the last three days.  It could have been that a bird dropped to it's demise from the telephone pole just in front of the porch.  Baby birds have found their way to the grassy area between apartments while learning to fly.  It could have also been that a stray cat had been attacked in one of the many nightly brawls going on around here, and decided to crawl onto the unsuspecting tenant's porch as it's life ended just under one of the chairs.  These were thoughts that came to mind.  As the smell festered, my mother in law mentioned that the daughter of the tenant may have just murdered her mother.  The woman is constantly yelling.  She complains excessively.  Especially, about her medications.  I have had to endure her rants about the kids playing too loud and too late around her apartment.  At 8:30 in the evening. She says, they are...
