Yes, I took the plunge, and faced the challenge...TO AUDITION FOR A LOCAL PLAY!! (Not as bad as the one portrayed in one of my favorite horror flicks) I was pretty tired from my gig the night before with my band at Fishlips, but I don't like to flake, and I was getting some pretty good encouragement from my friends, so I went for it.. About 3pm, I stopped at Starbucks to pick up and iced cafe con' leche, extra sweet, downed it in two gulps, and drove to The Empty Space on Oak street  in Bako, next to my favorite pizza joint, Pizzaville, and the only Filipino food restaurant in Bako! Without thinking about it too much, I walked over to the entrance, where a really pretty long-haired girl greeted me nicely, and asked if I was there for the audition. She then pointed me to the script section printed on a table, and asked to pick one. Easy enough. I found the play I was looking for, "F**K & Eat Cake." Love the title... It's part of Project:...
