It's just an all-around better experience. I gave up Wal-mart once for about six months. It made me feel, somehow, victorious. I am amazed they walk around wearing those vests about how the employees make the difference or whatever it is. One time I gave this passionate speech to one of the managers, about how I knew they didn't come to work to make people mad, that allt hey want to do is love the customers and do a good job, but the way they were doing didn't communicate that at all - I kept saying "I understand, all you want to do is do well..." and the poor woman was in tears, inspired by my lecture. It was kind of funny-sad.
