Report Violation

Are you sure you want to report the following content as a violation?
I was ticketed for this once, about 4 years ago.  I bought a used wagon that had come from Florida, didn't have a front plate bracket or the holes to install one.  I was ticketed in LA (it was parked on the street), so after that I would just put the other plate on the dash and that solved the problem.
