Are you sure you want to report the following content as a violation?
It's crazy for me to think that 11 and 12-year-old children are even contemplating having sex.  They're still children.  I do agree with Twinkie that they should have access to contraceptives if they're already sexually active, because they're clearly not getting any reliable information to begin with, but I'm more concerned about the fact that it's even an ISSUE!  It's startling to consider that so many families - even in this advanced age of technology and mass communication - are still so desperately incapable of talking honestly about important issues.  Sex is somehow still such a taboo subject that people are afraid and ashamed to even address it, and yet, by keeping silent on the matter, parents are preventing their children from making informed decisions.  It says something if a society is willing to risk the safety of its youth in the name of "moral righteousness" for appearance-only purposes. Sad, sad, sad.
