I undertsand and know your pain all to well. I was a manager for countrywide in their sub-prime branch here in town. Well it is now closed down. Also as a mortgage proffesional I find myself not with less clients but less loan programs to fit them into.
How sad that a few greedy people in the real estate business has destryed our line of work and the lives of countless clients.
My only saving grace for me is that I conducted myself with the utmost proffesionalism and integrity.
