Are you sure you want to report the following content as a violation?
I can't remember the name of the stuff, but you can buy spray paint remover that comes in a can. You spray it on leave it on for a few minutes and scrub it off with a stiff cleaning brush and water. You need to wear chemical cleaning gloves to use the stuff. You can get it at Home Depot, Home Base and Lowes. Who sells pink spray paint in a can? Pink spray paint is not a color thats bought a lot. All stores have video, maybe if you locate the store where its sold you can get the store to cooperate with the police.
