If I had to analyze this one I would suggest this: People often dream about other people (people they know or complete strangers) as a representation of a stresser, hurdle or unfinished project in their waking lives. Often times people will (as in your other dreams) run from those issues as we often do in real life. However in this case it sounds as though you've had enough of whatever was/is needling you so in your dream you decided to "deal with it". The fun thing you chose to do is deal with said issue in a fun, iconic, dare I say bubbly fashion- the visual equivalent of killing someone with kindness. I wonder- have you finally reached a breaking point with some issue in real life that you plan on confronting soon? It need not be a person, but also a project you've let slide or perhaps something as simple as returning a phone call you've been avoiding. When I dream of people they are rarely people I know.
