Are you sure you want to report the following content as a violation?
Sad thing is, I'm pretty sure it's not the transients ... more likely the drug addicts that splatter more than speckle through the neighborhood. A few weeks ago a man I recognized as the father of a kid my daughter goes to school knocked on my door, his wife standing at my gate.  He said their foodstamps had not come in, it was a holiday weekend, department of human resources was not open monday, blah blah blah, he had a bag of movies he wanted to sell for $10.  I only had a 20, and I figured I wouldn't see the change, but I handed it to him with a bag of spaghetti, a jar of sauce, and some canned greens.  He promised he'd go buy what they needed then bring the change back, I gave him the "Uh huh" look, and he said he promised he wouldn't do that to someone helping him and his family out.  Of course he didn't come back, but hey I have a bag of pretty good VHS tapes that my kid can watch in her room on her combo tv.
