Are you sure you want to report the following content as a violation?
"We verbally agreed on 50/0% custody = 1 week with me and 1 week with Mom."  Hey from one joe to another, you MUST respond in those court papaers,  I don't care what your  estranged wife says,..to get joint custody,..RESPOND even if she agrees to what you would like.  I know by experince. My ex did the same thing, so i didn't respond, and  i have joint legal and no joint phyiscal. Para legal is cool,...just  repond by all means  Verbally means nothing in a  court of law,..it has to be written down  (as in responding) in the court documants. My ex moved my son  to Tehachapi taking him further from me because I just didn't respond, thinking she would work with me. It didn't work that way.
