ATTENTION ROCKERAS! SIGN UP FOR ROCK CAMP AT STOCKDALE MUSIC! Stockdale Music is proud to present Rock Camp for Girls, Bakersfield's first summer camp designed for girls who want to rock. The purpose of the camp is provide a space where young women can express themselves musically without the stigmas and negative imagery of pop culture. Under the guidance of a staff consisting of professional musicians and volunteers, girls between the ages of 8 and 18, will partake in a number of activities, workshops, and a concert. Applications are currently being processed for the summer session, June 16th-20th. The deadline for applications is May 30th, so hurry up and don't be late! We look forward meeting the future women of rock & roll. ROCK ON! We're looking for: Drummers, guitarists, bassists, singers, keyboardists, and any other musicians that want to rock with their instruments (i.e. saxophones, trumpets, xylophones, etc.) Between ages 8 to 18. ...
