The Noel Emmett Band  I was reading my old profile and I just got tired of it so I decided to overhaul it to this current edition.    My name is Randy and I sometimes go by Noel as the name of the band is Noel Emmett and it just seems to be easier for people to remember.  I will answer to both names.  Our band has been playing around town and you will likely catch us at the familiar venues on the weekends.   I have been lucky to meet a lot of you Bakotopians, good old Kern County residents and lots of new ones too.   I know we have bad air quality but we call it home and we make the very best of it.    One thing holds true for us all… We like Buck and Merle, we like Country Music and we are proud to be musically from here in Bakersfield. I think the people born in Memorial have the most talent though.   I am willing to bring you the newest hottest country music when you step out to one of our local...
