 Hello Bakotopia!!  Never thought I would be here but as you can see, I'm here.  I am a California State Licensed Private Investigator.  I do business as SERRANO INVESTIGATIVE SERVICES, PI 17963.  I am also a California State Licensed Bail Agent, Ins. # 1844251.  I am contracted with GOTTA GO BAIL BONDS.   My office is at 304 Chester Avenue where I also perform Notary Public as requested.
