About DaddyRoadKing
I am one of the Ancients, I suppose, as Bakotopians go, I was here when there was no TOPIA. I was around in the original days of Mento Buru. Yes Mi Lion, I was there, with all the singers and players of instruments. I may not look as young as the good squire Matt does, but being a Redneckfarian has taken it's a toll on a once young man. I have 8 children, yes I know what, causes it, no, there will be no more.....we have cable now. I am happy to be on the site and look forward to all the info and events. I love riding my motorcycle. The Roadking is gone, I now have an Ultra Classic. DaddyRoadKing A decibel is one tenth of a bel (B). Devised by engineers of the Bell Telephone Laboratory to quantify the reduction in audio level over a 1 mile (approximately 1.6 km) length of standard telephone cable, the bel was originally called the transmission unit or TU, but was renamed in 1923 or 1924 in honor of the Bell System's founder and telecommunications pioneer Alexander Graham Bell. In many situations, however, the bel proved inconveniently large, so the decibel has become more common.
