I like loud music and quiet corners. I like cheap wine and good beer. I'm a fake blond. I like girlie dresses and jeans with t-shirts. I love being around friends and family, but can just as comfortably be by myself. I believe in love, just not that it works out for me. I do what I want to do because happiness is really in fleeting moments, as Robert Frost wrote "nothing gold can stay". I'm spiritual, but not religious. I have morals, but have learned that it isn't my place to make judgement calls on others.. and that a little hedonism never really hurt anyone. There isn't too much better than making someone laugh. Good company and good conversation is far too underrated. I'm obsessed with forensic shows.. Cold Case Files, The New Detectives, etc. I have a geek job, I wear glasses.. I have five tattoos and the comment I get most from people who finally catch a glimpse of one is "you don't look like the type to have tattoos". Hmm.. I still haven't figured out what that means. I think I was a cat in a past life, but I'm allergic to them in this one. I channel voices.. an old jewish grandmother, a Jersey girl, my Alabama good girl and my Irish girl who goes drinking wit' da boys. I'm odd, but it works for me.. I keep other people entertained.
