I would like to go to Octoberfest b'cuz: For 7 years, since I turned 21, I wished to go to one but never have been. Germany is too far away! I love German food! And the #1 Reason: I want to celebrate the passing of my late uncle Benny this year on Aug 17, by going to Octoberfest on his 50th birthday, Oct 3 2009. Comment From: PONG661

Because being unemployed SUCKS! And I'm still depressed from missing Village Fest this year, due to the lack of funds. I could really use a good time of drinks, great food, dancing, and good company to cheer me up. Comment From: ADAKC

As soon as I heard about Oktoberfest this year, I began salivating. (I should also mention I was in public.) When I read about it in Bakotopia, I got even MORE excited because I caught a minor glimpse into how jam-packed full of festivities it's going to be! I want to do all there is at Oktoberfest- I want to try all the beer, because my liver is a masochist. I want to try all the different food, because I'm a fat kid at heart. I'm going to make a total fool of myself trying to Polka dance. The best part, though, is I'm going dress up! You can't go to this event in just jeans and a shirt. Life is an adventure, and I want to do everything there is to do at any given time. This is going to be awesome! Danke!

I think I deserve to go to this Oktoberfest because I just got into school full-time and working, it's been so hard! I want a time to just relax and enjoy the festivities...which I really can't do much...because I'm in so much debt :( Comment From: theundergroundgalleryandstudio

I would love to go to the Octoberfest for 2 reasons. 1st: After spending over 3 years in Germany and going to 2 Munich Octoberfests, it would be great to relive just a little of those great days. 2nd: I'm broke and need a great German Beer. Help a brother out. Comment From: Kindra79

It takes beer and bratwurst to establish courage to try the Polka and I really want to Polka. Oktoberfest is a great reason to drink beer, eat bratwurst, Polka, and of course to wear my busom bearing blouse!
