I think Bakersfield would benefit from some sort of egg festival. We seem to have a festival for everything else in this town: Beerfests, Greek food fests, Italian fests, Menudo fests, Crawfish fests, Jazz fests, Reggae-Rock headbanging fests, (insert your fest here, combine a pair if you must!)

Just think, we could do it all on downtown sidewalks! It's so hot, we could do it with ease!  Omelette contests, eggs benedict making contests, chorizo with eggs making contest (Soy Rizo optional.) or (insert your ethnic egg dish here!)

And it could all be sponsored by Gas-X! Just don't light a match after the 5th hour...phhhewwwww!!

Crazy from heat I am, and the theme of the newsletter shall stay crazy til' I say when...(This is way too silly, slap me if you must..)
