I am DJ D-Money. 

I have been spinning in Bakersfield since the Awesome 80's block party at The Grizzly Bar.  For those of you too young to know what that is, it is now Club Odyssey inside the DoubleTree. 

We are getting a great looking crowd Thur-Sat nights at The Syndicate downtown on the corner of 19th and Eye. 

We have had a line down the block almost every weekend night for the last month.  It is a blast! 

What can I tell you... if you like to dance and hang out with friends, come check us out.  If you are into rap, it might not be the scene for you, though. 

I play a mix of rock, 80's, and dance music.  If you hear a rap song, it's probably gonna be from the 80's like 'Ice Ice Baby' or 'It's Tricky' . 

You will definitely hear some Prince, Madonna, Gwen Stefani, and even The Dan Band every night at Midnight(You may remember them from the wedding scene on 'Old School' with Will Ferrel) 

We have a lounge in the back where veteran bartender "Dee" entertains the crowd taking a break from dancing or simply wanting to check out the lounge. 

Up front at the main bar, you can see Tammy, Katie, or Jeff  flippin bottles and having a good time.
