I can’t help but wonder if Ed Jagels really thinks his new website where he posts his rants is doing him any good. It’s clear his agenda is to smear The Californian as he feels they have smeared him. But what about this article in Rolling Stone?  Or how about Edward Humes and his book and website? Heck, he's even going to have to take on The New York Times. If Jagels decides to go after everyone who talks crap about him he isn’t going to have time to do his job.

Oh wait! Clearly he hasn’t done his job in ages.

It's funny how the Jagels website trying to smear the Californian is gone now. It was on the DA site for awhile..

Where is it? I looked it up online, and it was removed from the DA's website.

I'm not a big fan of Jagels or anything, but the stuff he says about The Californian's love of scandal is true.

Scandals sell. Do you ever watch the news where everything is good news? Unfortunately we as humans thrive on the misery of others. That's why we're so hooked on T.V. and movies and soap opera's and newspapers, tabloids. We thrive on that shit. If somebody else isn't perfect that just makes us feel a little bit better about our own imperfections.

I just have one question. Is there anyone in this town protesting against this guy?? How the heck do we get this guy out of here?? All I see are people on california protesting Bush like he's going to drive by and see them.. Where are all the people protesting agianst the man that wrongfully accused what 29 men in the 80's.. Or does it take MTV making fun of Jagel's to start another protesting trend?

According to the Rolling Stone article, people are afraid of standing up to him. Nobody wants to be sent to jail on trumped up charges.
