We are seeking a motivated individual/family to join our team. The hours for this position will be Tuesday through Thursday 11 am to 6 pm and Friday/Saturday 11am to 4pm. The candidate for this position would be required to live on site after a 90 day probationary period.Primary functions of this position will be collecting rent, taking maintenance requests from tenants, coordinating with vendors, answering phone calls and returning calls to interested parties, showing available units, proccessing applications and maintaining the common areas/grounds.
