Nothing is going through on Bakotopia - Help?

What's going on? I have spent many hours writing emails only to find out that they cannot be sent after spending ten minutes writing the  message. After that you click back one page and all you have written is gone........What the hell is going on. In order to provide a well kept web site along comes the responsiblity to notify your bakotopians that there is a problem and try not to waist your time. That is the number one peave of web sites that talk alot of doodie but don't have the man power to keep it running fluently. Who do I contact when I can't send a message? Who is responsible for a problem with the web site? Have you ever seen these emails or phone #'s posted? Please let me know so I can bitch at them?

Easy Brettzky, you're getting all berzerk, dude - this is just a lil ol' website, not National Security, I'm here to help. First of all, as a lesson in web ettiquette, you should never navigate away without "SAVING" your post. Have you used the 'Help' button on the top right corner of the homepage - there's plenty of contact info? Idea: Send me an e-mail and explain the problem you're having - I check my e-mails everyday. Like all websites, we go through software updates that send things into a spin - there are browser issues, sometimes people spend too much time writing an e-mail and their computer times out and you lose data. What browser do you use? AOL? IE? Firefox? Chill...and help will be yours....Lemme know if you need any help. I'm always here. Peace brotha!
