In 1972, a question was asked of Alice Cooper: “What’s the greatest three minutes of your life?”

Cooper responded with, “There’s two times during the year. One is Christmas morning, when you’re just getting ready to open the presents. The greed factor is right there.

The next one is the last three minutes of the last day of school when you’re sitting there and it’s like a slow fuse burning.” This is what inspired him to write his most famous song “School’s Out” - “No more pencils, no more books, and no more teachers’ dirty looks … schoooools out for summer!”

Come on - I sang it and you sang it too! Don’t lie. So I ask you - what will you do now that school’s out for summer?

Maybe catch up on your Zs, update your Bakotopia.com and MySpace profiles, or maybe just getting caught up with your honey-dos or mamma/daddy-dos?

One thing should be for sure - getting caught up with those video games you’ve wanted to play. According to a recent Nielsen’s research poll the average young adult will play approximately 6 hours in a week of video games. Let’s do our own experiment this summer- log your hours daily, then weekly. Let's see if you are average or will you rank 'off the charts'- email me let me know.
