By far my favorite song of all time from him is, "Check Yo Self(remix)"...the flow and content of his rhymes are unbeatable. At a close second is Why we thugs...great flow and content as well. Ice Cube is my fav rapper from NWA because he is more versitile than anyone else from the group. Favorite movie is of course Friday. Come on now Smokey...and you knew this...man!!

I grew up listening to NWA and have followed Ice Cube since then. I don't know if I have a "favorite" song but the one that sticks out the most is "It was a good day" only because when I hear it I can picture everything being something everyone has done on a random day...nothing BAD happend so it was all good. But we must not forgot the song he did with Korn! Ice Cube can do pretty much anything!!! He can be this hardcore gangster rapper and then be in funny movies...haha. Even my mom likes Ice Cube!

From NWA to 'Laugh Now, Cry Later', Ice Cube (aka the Godfather of Gansta Rap or more properly O'Shea Jackson) has been chillin' with peeps encompassing two generations in the hip hop/rap scene! The infamous rapper has undergone an evolution from collaborations including the DOC, Westside Connection, and of course NWA, to being the mastermind of Lench Mob Records and also finding time to throw down phat solo projects, all the while being one of the most influential figures ever in the hip hop/rap scene! But this only scrapes the surface, now, BAKO, let us consider one of his greatest acheivements ever, FRIDAY, which is uplifted as winner of four hundred and twenty film awards worldwide! Yes, that's correct, this epic film has even been shown at such world-renowned events as the Cannabis Cup Finals and the International World Growers' Conference in Uppsala, Sweden! "Its Friday...you ain't got no job, you ain't got nutthin ta do! Ima get you hiiiiigh today"

Friday is a cult classic that graces the movie stashes of some of the finest homes in Bako and throughout God's green earth. It never fails to get your spirits floatin' and giggles flowin'! With this flik, head changes are required, but munchies are optional equipment. Recommendations include some kool aid (unless you got no sugah, Ham (unless u got no burger), some pig feet, pahmal, and collard greens. Top it all off with a 40 of Old E and you're set!

Top grade-entertainment, as shown in the following quotes (if these aint got u rollin, I know a Dr.Greenthumb that I can reefer you to which may be able to help remove the stick from yer ...

" F'n with mah money like f'n with mah emotions"

"Daaaaaamn, her momma got azz too"

"Said she looked like Janet Jackson, got out the car lookin like Freddie Jackson...don't eva, evah, evaevaeva eva come back round here"

"Mah baby sista cuzzin sed she saw you at the movies all hugged up with some giraffe...now tell me who she was!"

"I was in D-bo's pigeon coop, sweatin like a slave"

MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA     Too much! Im takin a 4:20 breakHope 2 c u at the sho,4 sho!

I would have to say that "You Know How We Do It" is one of my favs. It reminds me of my freshman year in high school and cruising Chester was still the thing to do. That was one of the songs to bump while getting your cruise on. Awww Good Times! =)

I'll have to go with my favorite album, even though it's not an option. Everytime I hear amerikkka's most wanted or a song off of it, it brings back memories as a kid driving to the beach with my dad. It was probably my first exposure to me listening to rap music, I'm glad.

My all time classic Fav movie would have to be "friday" and my fav song would have to be "it was a good day". I've been an Ice cube fan since I was a kid. My brother was a huge N.W.A. fan, he had a huge poster in his room. Another fav song would have to be "tah dow"...Ice cube was my first celebrity crush from Jr. High to High school. My room was covered in his posters.(I still have them ALL, put away in a folder)..My Favorite album would have to be the westside connection album he did with Mack 10 and WC..Also his greatest hits album that came out a few years ago. The players club soundtrack is also great and the production of his first movie also. I've never seen him, and I would love to. I bought tickets to one of his shows and it canceled. =(

I really don’t know if I have a favorite song or movie, but in order I’d have to say as far as song that would have to be “Today was a Good Day”. Because I can picture myself sitting on a porch leaning back in the hood, it just that type of song that lets u reminisce about the good times you had just kicking it with friends, I can picture myself being the one he’s talking about in the song (no I didn’t do anything bad lol). And as far as movies, “The Players Club” only because I like the ending where the girls beat each other down, that part is THE BEST!!!! Not because it’s ohh two chicks fighting but because it’s payback :)…Finally I chose Friday because well it’s a great movie and I have a tendency to say most of the lines because I watched it so much, (every time I in the kitchen, you in the kitchen, eating up all the food, all the chicken, all the pigs feet, all the collard greens, I want some of them chitlins I love Pigs FEET!!)  I love all the characters, from Smokey, Debo, Stanley, The preacher (RIP Bernie Mac), and Big Worm!!!! We also can’t forget Ice Cube makes great music, when he started out with NWA he was one of the original gangsta rappers (Straight Outta Compton)!! When he was in west side Connection, he showed his gangster rapper side was still the same as it always was, and never will change.......It’s basically it’s a matter of what can’t he do?? He’s a great rapper/actor/whatever it is Ice Cube can do it!!! :)

I've been listening and loving the musical stylings of Ice Cube since I was 10 and I first heard NWA. My favorite solo song by Ice Cube is "No Vaseline". It's such a great diss song.

I love Ice Cube since I grew up listening to him from his early start. My favorite has to be "It was a Good Day." That song takes me way back and it reminds me when I first started dating my then-boyfriend, Patrick -- now my husband. He introduced me to West Coast Rap. As for movies, I like his new family movies, but I would say my favorite is "Boyz N The Hood." It was one of John Singleton's first major film hits and it was when Ice Cube was first starting out in his career taking on serious roles. Go Doughboy! Here is a guy who started out in NWA (which I also like) and expanded to acting in comedy (Friday) then serious roles and now major family films. He did this while always staying true and never ending up on some crazy reality show of has been. My kids now know who he is because of his family movies. If you pick me for the tickets, it would make my day because I am a true fan from the dirt! I am really trying to win these for my husband since his birthday is right around the corner. He is such a hard worker (putting in extra hours at night and on the weekends when they need him) and he is such a good father. He deserves for it to be a "good day" !

Ice Cube is one of the many entertainers I've enjoyed watching "grow" and "grow up" before my very eyes. From a badass gangsta rapper with the jerrycurl to the "family guy" he is today. And my taste in music grew up with him. I don't think I can pick a favorite song but my favorite movie is definitely Boyz N' The Hood.

My favorite song, well, um, crap, i can't pick one. I love Go to church, you can do it, getto bird, today was a good day. I love all of NWA. Friday was one of the best comidies i have ever seen, but Boyz in da hood, is just heart wrenching....i also love his ability to make kid movies and not loose his credability. I think he is just awesome.
