The 32nd Annual Fiddle Contest, "Fiddlin’ Down the Tracks,” will be held the weekend of September 19 – 21, 2008 at the West Park Activity Center, in Tehachapi, California. This is a State sanctioned competition and the winners are eligible to compete at the National Old-Time Fiddler’s Contest in Weiser, Idaho. Winners also receive trophies, medallions and cash prizes as well. There are many activities during the weekend including various contests, band scrambles, contra dance on Friday night and a Sunday Gospel Sing-a-long. The California State Old-Time Fiddlers Association, District Three (CSOTFA) is a non-profit organization.
