It's true, people love weird cat tales. I got two local freaky cat stories on CNN.com while I was managing editor at ABC23. And one worm story which made Jay Leno.
People eat up this stuff. The weirder the better I suppose.
The "Dead Cat At The Old Folks Home" story has now gotten weirder. The dead cat is gone, but then reappeared closer to a senior citizen living center in a nice southwest area of Bakersfield.
Was it a dog that moved it? I suspect late night kids who hang out smoking cigarettes at Garden Park late at night. I bet they creep around the Oakdale Heights Senior Living Center looking for ghosts. Ew!
I don't know. Crazy weird stuff.
