Well this was a tough one...indeed. You could honestly turn any song into a party song whether or not it keeps the party going...well... Alright first up 311 is by far one of the greatest bands around and one of my all time faves. You can play them all year round, but because of their rockin' good positive vibes they have frequented my summer playlist for years now. So without further ado...my list... 1. Gap - 311 2. The Humpty Dance - Digital Underground As you see my list got the party started and by the end of the list the summer heat and moving bodies caused the clothes to disappear and the party to really get down!
