Valancy Jane: How awesome would it be if, instead of a paycheck, they just handed out to everyone a shoebox full of money?
I would be so happy.
Twinkie: A shoebox full of money and a Tall Boy

This was of course in reference to my Rainbow Brite Lady of the Night blog where I confessed to cyber space what...

This got her to thinking about other stuff around the house she keeps that she'd be...

Do you have that ONE person at work that makes your day every day. Sometimes? Once in a while?
You know the one. The cheerful one that always has positive things to say at just the right time?
Or if you're in a shitty mood he'll say something that makes you smile whether it's...

We just got back from a blissfully uneventful trip camping at the Pismo Dunes and I learned three things I just felt compelled to share with you.
1. If your newborn is constipated, grab a Q-tip (cotton swab), dip one of the ends in Vaseline (or A & D Ointment.) Grab the baby's feet and...

Goocher: "Why did you do that?"
Me: "Hellooooooo! I didn't want to be responsible for blowing their Witness Protection Program!"
Dee: "Yeah,...

I worked a fireworks booth today for one of my kid's organizations fundraiser. I don't like fireworks personally, but I guess they are the best fundraiser of the year. That's only because they aren't selling beer or cigarettes in my opinion.
OK OK So it's soooooo wrong for me to say that....

It was a pretty windy day and it brought a tropical storm in. I was in a restaurant, overlooking the beach. Through the restaurant's big windows I could see the palm trees swaying back and forth and it scared me a little.
In the background I could hear the local news station talking about...

"How do you feel today?" that's the standard question at my physical therapy sessions. At first I thought he was being cordial. I'd answer, "I'm good! How are you?"
Until I realized DUH! He really means it. And it's how he gets a general feeling of whether the physical...

I look at my kids every day and see how gorgeous they are. Sometimes I feel like crying as I see them laugh and joke with their friends. Tears of joy of course.
I watch from the window as they play from morning to night with no worries in the world and then I think back and I feel even...

Damn you fungus feet! Damn you to hell. To HELL I say.
I mean, WHY ME? WHY?????? Why couldn't it have been YOU Bob? Not my Itchie (feet.)
It all started last week when I noticed my feet were kinda flaky on a little tiny section on the left side of my right foot. I naturally assumed it was a...

Just me and him. Talking.
It was a pretty deep conversation and while I didn't really notice we were secluding ourselves from everybody else...
