My Weight Loss Challenge Update!!!

Hello hello ... I just wanted to pop in and tell you that I am doing great on my journey to health and weight loss. As you know I started this journey August 28th 2006 at 204 lbs. I weighed in this past weekend at 184!!! I have lost 20 lbs, 20.1 total inches, and 7.5% body fat! I am so excited...

Loss in BF%!!!!

Well I am not on here much because I have my own blog eslewhere ... but I thought this was a great reason to post an update on my journey ..... I had my body fat tested for the first time since the beginning of my BFL journey ... I started out at 36.4% which is considered obese. I am now at 31.2%...
