A group of us and Altar Metaphysical Marketplace are working on putting on a Kern County Pagan Pride Day. To that end, we are having a Faery Festival as a fundraiser for it. They are looking for artists willing to display their artwork, and hopefully sell it, at this festival. It is a great opportunity for exposure to people who enjoy and collect this type of artwork. Well known faery artists will be participating.
There would be no entry fee, and artwork that is fantasy and faery themed would be best. Since this IS a fundraiser, we would be asking for 50% of the sale price, when pieces sell. There is no limit to the number of pieces accepted, and pieces DO NOT need to be framed or trimmed for hanging! "In the raw" is perfectly fine, and will still be displayed for sale. All forms of artwork will eb accepted- painting, drawing, digital, photography, sculpture, ceramics, craft pieces -ALL OF IT is good, as long as it fits the theme!
There is no date set as of yet, and as I have more information, it will be made available! But PLEASE consider participating, and spreading the word to as many interested people as possible!
